Include manpage documentation

Even if it's just the same text you see running paxrat -h, it'd be nice if I didn't have to remember man paxrat returns an error.

If that helps, in Debian I am using go-md2man to generate a manpage. The package also applies this patch to adjust the .md syntax: https://anonscm.debian.org/cgit/collab-maint/paxrat.git/tree/debian/patches/manpage/adjust-README-for-manpage.patch
