Context sensitive drop-down for some filter condition types

Some filter conditions have a set of constant values such as request methods and response codes and therefore string matching and full set of match types are overkill in these cases. It's not really a big concern but making these more context sensitive is a small refinement that would limit the opportunities for users to create bad filters that don't match anything.
