Thanks for the reconsideration to include this as character variant!

I don't think MonoLisa variant looks so suitable for rounded fonts such as this one.

I found an example of rounded font, such as Bariol. Maybe this can become an inspiration.

Yeah you are right, and JetBrains Mono's alternatrive g has the same style as the image in your reply. I think I should not only follow the font style but also respect valuable feedback.

I may not be a font designer so I don't have any knowledge on the aesthetics, but let me know if you need any opinion nonetheless. I'll post examples from other fonts if I find them interesting as well.

Hello, and sorry for the late reply.

I'm more into MonoLisa style, if you ask me 😅, as it appears more natural to me than the JetBrains Mono and looks better than the original MonoLisa. But it's just my take about them, as the others might have different opinions.

I will try it out later, and thanks for your magnificent work!

Indeed, I also prefer the MonoLisa style, so I keep it in the dev branch. I mean no harm, but the JetBrains Mono style looks more childish to me 😅
