Remove top bar in `J` and bottom bar in `i`

There are some interesting choices such as the single-story "a" or soft curvature in the upper part of the vertex of "v."

As a result, I wonder if you're open to eliminating bars in characters like in "J" (e.g. Roboto Mono, DM Mono, Anonymous Pro, Sono, Geist Mono, Overpass Mono, Reddit Mono, Syne Mono) and "i" (e.g. Source Code Pro, Ubuntu Mono, Reddit Mono, B612 Mono, Nova Mono, M Plus 1 Code, Ubuntu Sans Mono).

If not, it could be nice to know the rationale. Thanks!
