SubEthaEdit keeps asking to provide access to folder.

Currently using SubEthaEdit 5.1.7 (9730), this happens when using Markdown syntax and "Show Web Preview" reproduction steps:

  1. Create a new document
  2. Set syntax as Markdown
  3. Save Document as Subetha Text (test.seetext)
  4. Open test.seetext
  5. "Show Web Preview" (Command & R)
  6. Dialog shows, press allow*.
  7. Type information
  8. Repeats to step 6.

You can open this test seetext and skip steps 1,2,3. test.seetext.zip

*This dialog appears each time I make an edit and I press allow. dialog

Oh interesting. need to have a look. Our whole .seetext support is sadly slightly degraded.

The problem is stilly easily reproduced using @pateljoel's test file (SubEthaEdit 5.2.4 (9810) on macOS Big Sur 11.6). However, It seems the issue is partly resolved when removing the Base URL on the top of the preview pane after step 6; see screenshots.
