Black Document Window
Title: Black Document Window
Short Description
Attempting to join a remote document results in a black window containing only a title bar.
Steps to Reproduce the Issue
- Connect to a remote document.
- Owner of remote document admits you for editing.
It makes no difference how step (1) is initiated, whether by explicitly opening a remote URL or by accepting an invitation to join the document.
No changes in network environment seem to make any difference.
Expected Result
A window opens containing the remote document for editing.
Actual Result
A window opens that is entirely black except for the title bar and close button. The remote document owner sees that you are in the document as an editor.
When you close the black window, there is an extremely brief flash of another window, too fast to read, which might possibly be the expected editing window. The remote document owner sees that you have left the document.

This issue is still unresolved.
Sadly I'm not able to reproduce this here, therefore tentative fixes would be scary rummaging in that timing base. Does it only happen to you on macOS 10.15.x or also on older or newer versions of macOS? (I'm asking to narrow down the reproduction steps/environment somehow)
