I would like the ability to include portions of a file via transclusion within my notes. This should support both prose and source code. I'd like the ability to store offsets along with those files so I can narrow the reader's focus.

Here's an example of a note that I'm using which would ideally use transclusion. In this example, I'm actually inlining it and then compiling out the code, but that's only because I have an underlying tool limitation. This is part of a broader series of notes around the theoretical side of graph clustering, so I'd like to have some handle to point towards the practical side.
