Cannot edit link name when undefined

From a new note (with no search seed title):

• Press TITLEBAR (displaying "Untitled").
• NOTECONFIG opens.
• Press "Edit Link"
• Type in link name, hit DONE
• Edit Link window still open. Must press "CANCEL"
• NOTECONFIG opens. No TITLEBAR change.

Note, if any text is in the note, the edit link is prepopulated with some slug, and has a similar workflow where the only option is to cancel, but then going back to the note, the prepopulated slug is set.
