Support origin-awareness for generated static HTML

As of #51 we have the basic ability to generate HTML from sphere content. However, this content is not aware of finer details such as the HTTP origin that the content will be deployed to. We should discover how to enable users to configure such metadata and incorporate it into the sphere HTML generation flow.
