Signature verification should take revocations into account

In #420 we have introduced a unified method for signature verification for spheres. However, it does not currently take revocations into account when verifying the signature. Each link in the signature's corresponding UCAN proof chain needs to be checked against the revocations at that version of the sphere to make sure that the chain has not been revoked in part or in whole at the time the signature was created.
