Bump versions

Hi, thanks for this package!

We saw security issues similar to https://github.com/subchen/frep/issues/41, so just a quick PR running go get -u && go mod tidy. Also, took the opportunity to bump Golang and Alpine Docker images to golang:1.20-alpine and alpine:3.17 respectively, and adjust the README.
