[kube-prometheus-stack] Direct upgrade from old versions

You can do a direct upgrade it works from 19.x to 39.x

upgrading prometheus-community/kube-prometheus-stack 19.3.0 to 25.0.0 does not show any data in grafana

This is fixed but still no data in grafana
