Bug: Custom widget 11 and 21 replaces each other

Hi, i found a bug regarding the custom widgets. You can't use custom widget 11 and 21 together. If you have selected, lets say c_widget 11 in hub-widget-slot 1 and then want to use c_widget 21 in slot 2 as soon as you select c_widget 21, c_widget 11 in slot 1 gets removed. I also tried it with c_widget 10 and 20 as well as 12 and 22. It only appears to happen with nr. 11 and 21.

Tried it on a clean setup with Leia 18.7 with just stock content.
