Feature Request: Add multiple servers for system info "clustering"

I know not many Plex users utilize more than one Plex server. I personally use 2 (adding more over time) in order to distribute transcode jobs (I have a small army of streamers). I'd like the ability to be able to add multiple servers to monitor. I don't care so much about the Plex stats because those show up on the main server anyways, but for system info I'd like to be able to see the CPU and RAM usage for multiple servers.
