Section to schedule tasks to perform every once in a while.

Clear log
Clear image cache
Check for updates

Maybe give users the option to configure the time interval, or enable/disable a specific schedule rule.

Combine this with https://github.com/styxit/HTPC-Manager/issues/35

I would love to be able to make API calls from the scheduler and sometimes in the future events (multiples tasks). Eg at 17:00 set download speed on all downloaders to 10 kbps and switch of the light in the livingroom.
