Add Categories option to Couchpotato Module

Great work! Please add a category drop-down in the pop up when user is adding movies in CPotato module.

You could place it under the quality drop-down and connect it to CPotato categories that are created in CPotato (category_id?, i.e. Movie\Documentaries\Foreign categories in CPotato) so that you can specify for automated post processing reasons,

addition of category section does not show up yet. Also, sometimes quality dropdown fails to load options now.
