AM32: New EEPROM/settings layout needed

As discussed in #249 it seems there is a new set of settings that needs the EEPROM, settings files and tool-tips updated.

@AlkaMotors I would appreciate if you could update the according files, or summarize what the new settings and their EEPROM offsets are, then I will add them accordingly.
