Closing; I see [this PR](https://github.com/teslamotors/fleet-telemetry/pull/248) started a few minutes before posting this issue.

Charge rate, charger voltage, media info, min/max temp, probably some others. Will go ahead and reopen this because it's technically still a thing.

Adding gui_settings.* to this. We use this to determine which format to display range, temperatures, etc. in. Not seeing any of this stuff on Fleet Telemetry.

Adding software_status.status to this. We use this to determine needs to be done with a car - update it, connect it to WiFi, etc.
