Showing Ampersand in Title

Hello.

When I use (in haml-syntax)

= title default: 'A & B', site: 'Z', separator: '&', reverse: true

I would expect to see in the title of the page: A & B & Z. But I actually get A & B & S. Do you have an idea, how to receive the expected result?
