Propose new release after PHPStan Level 6 improvements

Hi @jjj,

We’ve reached PHPStan level 6 in the codebase, and the overall type safety, readability, and maintainability have significantly improved. Since the plugin hasn’t had an official release in about 3 years, this feels like a good moment to tag a new version and make the latest updates available to users.

What do you think?

Wish I had the time to devote to it, but I'd love to see a resolution to #153 included in a future release 🤞
