I think it's necessary to use integrated viewer to avoid download the whole huge PDF file to the local cache, but integrated PDF reader doesn't have bookmark support.

Are you referring to the web app PDF reader? By default, it does not download the entire PDF but it streams pages. The "native" PDF reader option does download the entire file, but that is just because it uses the browser's default PDF reader.

Neither support bookmarks, though, and only the Stump reader can be updated to support it. I can add support down the road, but wanted to clarify the above first
