fSpy won't open nor work. Any help?

I have deleted it and re-installed it and yet it still won't work (it works as in it appears in my taskbar but it won't show up); tried rebuilding the Icon Cache Database and yet I still faced the same problem :/ So I clicked on fSpy's 'troubleshoot compatibilty' and found out that it's only compatible with windows 8, meanwhile, I am using windows 10. Is there any way to fix this issue?
