fSpy not visible in Windows

I have had this issue for a while now and no amount of re-installing solves it. when i open fspy, it appears in the taskbar but the actual window is not visible. i can click on the icon in the task bar, which shows that the program is open and running, but the window itself does not appear anywhere on screen. I cannot access it in any way. Is there a known fix or workaround? I have tried re-installing and deleting files bt it does not work. Is there any way to perform a clean uninstall and re-install?
