Limit returned entries (pagination)

The API should limit the number of returned entries where appropriate.

For now:

  • ~~news~~
  • ~~comments~~
  • ~~messages~~
  • participants

Also appropriate for activities.

Maybe also usefull for files. I dont have an idea how. Maybe: Get the 10 newest files in a folder.

This gets really important. Testing on the developerserver is not funny. For some courses with maybe 200 participants/ news /activities...the loading times are very long;)...
