Presence issue in This Team list
I'm having a problem with TeamLink where some users' presence isn't accurately displayed or doesn't show up at all in the "This Team" list. However, if I add the user to my "Pinned List," their presence is accurately displayed. Do you have any suggestions on how to fix this issue?

@stuartridout It looks like those who update their status through the Teams notification have their presence show up properly, while those who update it through the actual app don't show up. We can see the difference between "This Team" and the pinned list.
Hi @stuartridout - unfortunately have the same issue with Users having updated TeamLink via Workflows chat message or directly in the App (we have it as a tab in an Org-Wide Teams). Their presence is not visible to other users... which makes people think they have not complied! Strangely, out of 100 people, we have ONLY c.10 impacted by this issue. It seems a bit peculiar how it only impacts a few and not all.
