Add display sleep timer

I use the InterControllerNetwork Branche since a quiet while now, since some days it workes perfectly with 5 connected controllers, thanks again to Damian.

As I have now 5 controllers with 5 screens Damian already included a option, that the screen does not cycle, to be able to compare the Batteries nicely.
Not it would be also great to have an option in the settings, to ste the sleep timer of the screen, as mostly it went off to soon.
