Additional temperature rules

I would like to have an additional temperature rule, actually the same as there already is, just two extra rules:

• "Module temperature (internal)"
• "Cell temperature (external)"

This would allow me to control my fans.

I don't want to use the two rules "Module over temperature (internal)" and "Cell over temperature (external)" for this. Because I use these to switch off my main relay as a safety function.
