Use PO files for multi-language interface

We could include something like https://github.com/rubenv/pofile That way we could use real polyglot tools like PoEdit to generate multilanguage interfaces. Let me know if you support this vision and i'll make a pull request.

The PoEdit solution looks like a neat solution - I would be more than happy to accept a PR for this.
