Under setting up the programmer heading in Readme.md <404 error>

In the Readme.md file After connecting the USBASP programmer I've made it to step 9. The standard avrdude tool doesn't include support for ATTINY841 chips. So download and overwrite the file avrdude.conf using the file from here

I get 404. Is there another place this file exists? ty
