Feature : In Portal in Citation Optimizer

Hi there, There could be another column in the Citation Optimizer page, after the Voyage Improved column, to display if the crew is In Portal or not. So we can know if we can do retrieval on a crew to add one star or we can just get a citation. It's not so easy to find if a crew is in Portal or not.

C'mon just a column to add where there is already space for it. I'm not a developper but I can try if someone can tell me the file to modify.
