Make sure searching with straight quotes/apostrophes finds crew with curly quotes/apostrophes

Example being Kal’Hyah Bashir who has a curly quote:

[Darxide23]

If I recall, way back when, DB once did a sweep and changed all crew from the curly apostrophe to the straight one because it was inconsistent already and also because most physical keyboards can't type the curly apostrophe natively. I do think it's a good idea for Datacore to simply do a substitution when searching, but I also think this should be reported to WRG.

EDIT: In fact, I'm sure DB did that because I remember going through the Wiki and having to change all crew with an apostrophe to make sure they used the straight one.
