Add more customisability to voyage calculation

Things like:

• Slider for risk (low risk = high base, low prof | high risk = high prof)
• Pessimism/optimism
• Greater control over optimising for AM vs stats
• Controllable minimum skill levels for non primary / non secondary

Should we turn this into an overall voyage Calc overhaul for website v's bot?
Getting several PM's about missing voyage targets and it seems to be moving up the interest now we know 12 hours are possible.
