Annotation for Creating a Rectangle

In Foxit PDF Reader, there is a rectangle drawing tool:

That let's me create area-style annotations like so:

Can you please create an annotation that allows me to easily add the same thing into a PDF? The properties that I need to be able to control are: Fill color Line Color Opacity Author Date Created Date Modified Message

It would also be nice if I could control: Line Style (Dotted, Dashed, etc) Line Thickness

I need to automate adding annotations like this into a bunch of PDFs.
