Add missing CupertinoNavigationBar params for Flutter 3.27

New params

  • automaticBackgroundVisibility
  • enableBackgroundFilterBlur

@DFelten Any updates on when is this getting merged? 😅 We can always fork our own but this seems legit enough to be included in the next release 🤷‍♂️

Unfortunately, I have not received any reaction from the owner so far. We are therefore currently using my fork.
