[UX] Add panel for chat sessions

Currently it is inconvenient to switch between rooms, the user needs to click on "Chat sessions" and lose the current view.

It would be better to have either tabs or some kind of sidebar that permanently shows the list of chat rooms and make it easy to switch with one click. It would also make it possible to show a notification directly on that room if a message was received.
