ICC profile not saved with `--cut-tiles`

For a PNG input with ICC profile, the profile will be saved to the output image without --cut-tiles. However, with --cut-tiles, ICC profile is lost during transcoding.

I know. #1598 is still work in progress.

Implemented for grid tiles. Still in progress for tili.
