AVC to AVCI
How do I remux AVC/H.264 videos to AVCI/ACVS files?
What exactly do you mean when you say "AVC/H.264" and "AVCI/AVCS"? Do you mean transport stream, ISOBMFF, HEIF containers? Do you have audio? Metadata tracks?
I guess you have some specific use case and outcome in mind - it would probably help us to help you if you describe them as if we have no idea what your thinking and intent is.

I guess should be similar to this: https://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?t=185875
I mean I want to remux an AVC video/H.264 video to an AVCI animated image file or AVCS animated image file. I do have audio but I don't want them in the output. I do not have metadata tracks in them (whatever that means).
Is this the same as #1488 / #1371?
Seems so... If it means repacking an existing stream without recompression, it is not on the roadmap yet.
@fancycode @farindk Click on the link I send and you'll see what I mean.
I did and the question was about how to create animated HEIF/HEIC files, though with a different source (MKV) than the linked issues (PNG).
As per the feedback you already received in the issues, libheif doesn't support animated files (yet), so there is no need to ask differently in a new issue.
