shm version

Hi :) I compiled Libde265 SHVC branch and tried to decode the bistreams with SHM version 4.0, 5.0, 6.0, and 12.0, but, the 4.0 and 5.0 bitstream decoded only the layer 0.
Is there any option for decoding the other layers?

Please recommend me the right version of SHM for my experiment.
