By the way I did _not_ test this on Ruby 2.7 since if I had a working Ruby 2.7 I would just be using that, so someone should smoketest it...
Matomo apparently has nonprofit discounts available for their cloud hosting, which is one less thing we'd have to run. Not sure how we feel hosting this data with a cloud...
This would be nice to have but the `domains` option and the extensive documentation should make this a non-issue. Removing from MVP.
