SauceLabs - improving how it works

Currently SauceLabs is not working great, the builds are failing and are run only on merge to master.

Please fix the builds and make it more valuable (maybe we should run it on every PR as a check to see about crossbrowser).

Consider going away from SauceLabs to something different as it's problematic.
