APIc toolkit not getting recognized in Docker Toolbox

I installed API Connect toolkit v 5.0.8.3 on Windows 10 machine. I'm able to issue toolkit commands successfully from command line. but while trying to do the same from Docker toolbox to test the DataPower gateway capabilities locally, it's throwing following error.

$ apic -v bash: apic: command not found

Here's the docker version. Could you please help me fix this issue? Thanks.
