apim fails to build on Centos

I managed to have the whole env working on my Mac. I then tried on Centos and the apim build fails with following errors: apim | Failed to load c++ bson extension, using pure JS version apim | Starting Informix 12.10.FC6XP apim | ERROR: The requested log staging directory is not secure or does not exist. apim | (LOG_STAGING_DIR) ibmportal | * Starting Postfix Mail Transport Agent postfix apim | apim | WARNING: server initialization failed or timed out. apim | Check the message log, online.log, for errors. apim | Failed to run step 1: _oninit_iy apim | ERROR Normal startup apim exited with code 1

I got the issue on CentOS.

Just setup CentOS 7.3.1611 and it starts with no errors for me.
