What tool? irqtop or rss-ladder? If rss-ladder - yeah, while I was writing previous comment I googled [this article](https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-US/Red_Hat_Enterprise_Linux/6/html/Performance_Tuning_Guide/network-rss.html) in redhat docs and I thought exactly about the same.
