Auto publish docker image:latest

This will generate kplex:latest docker image on each commit to master branch.

As in the pull request for the dev branch, rename remotecloud to stripydog after merge: image

I should have looked here first! I just opened #55, with a dockerfile for building kplex and documentation.

would have saved you some time. but I see you configured multi arch so it is still a valuable addition. It just looks like that the maintainer is neglecting the project :(
