Can't build >= 0.29.0 on Xcode 13.2.1?

Describe the bug Cannot build on iOS using Xcode 13.2.1

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Use Xcode 13.2.1 to build 0.29.0 or greater

Expected behavior A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.

  • OS: MacOS BigSur 11.7.10
  • Browser Chrome
  • Version 123.0.6312.124 (Official Build) (x86_64)

Smartphone (please complete the following information):

  • Device: iPhone 8
  • OS: iOS 16.1.1
  • Browser safari
  • Version

Additional context This has been a very frustrating experience as I have a 2013 MacBook that cannot upgrade to Monterey to install later versions of Xcode. And there is no SDK reference for the older version of Stripe React Native (was developing for Android first so was using new version), so trying to revert back to old code is very hard.
