PaymentSheet - customize blinking cursor color (Android)

Describe the bug Context here: https://github.com/stripe/stripe-react-native/issues/1075 but this is specifically for the blinking input cursor on Android. Cursor color is stuck on white and doesn't seem to have a custom appearance property to modify.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. presentPaymentSheet() on Android

Expected behavior Expect blinking cursor to be configurable
