[BUG] "Enter address manually" button is hidden behind the keyboard on API level 29 and below

When using the autocomplete feature of the address sheet, the "Enter address manually" button is hidden behind the keyboard on API level 29 and below.

Hi @kit0kat, a fix for this has been merged and released in https://github.com/stripe/stripe-android/releases/tag/v20.44.0
