Mandrill support

I'm not entirely sure of the etiquette with pull requests, and my Ruby knowledge is very basic. However, we send all our transactional emails using Mandrill and I didn't fancy setting up sendmail for this, so thought I would tweak it to support either system.

Happy to change things as you see fit! I'll also add Mailgun if it would be useful.
