Stringer does not apply local timezone.

Today I deployed Stringer to my VPS and set local timezone to CST, but feeds update time is still UTC. I just check the source code and do not find any clue on setting ActiveRecord's timezone. I'm not sure it's my problem or not.

I forked Stringer and added a line 8e53a5f8974affd78ac0ba4b0074586, then restarted my server. It works.

Any chance of re-opening this issue? Seems like a very strange omission in Stringer, and your fix worked well for me. Ought to be merged to upstream in my mind :)
