There is an issue with the RGB curve in the compositor

Open Woo-ya opened this issue 4 weeks ago • 1 comments

Hello, I've encountered an issue while using the software. The RGB curve invoked in the compositor is inconsistent with the one retrieved via search, which has caused a problem. Specifically, when I use Cryptomatte to create a mask for color adjustment and then connect it to the main image using Alpha Over, there is no effect. However, the normally retrieved ERGB curve works perfectly fine, and the two curves also differ in their appearance.

Hi, thanks for reporting this, it should be fixed in the latest release 👍

Hi, thanks for reporting this, it should be fixed in the latest releas I’ve found another issue in version 5.0. Compared with version 4.5, when I select a node using Node Pie, in version 4.5 the node would follow my mouse cursor wherever it is—even if the cursor goes beyond the interface bounds. (I’ve split the interface into three parts, as shown in the figure.) For instance, when I use Node Pie to select a node in the Geometry Nodes, the Node Pie’s node interface is quite large, so the area where I make the selection often falls outside the Geometry Nodes panel. Nevertheless, the node would still keep up with the mouse cursor. However, things are different in version 5.0. When the cursor moves beyond the panel bounds, the node gets stuck at the edge of the Geometry Nodes panel while the cursor is elsewhere. As a result, the node fails to follow the cursor, leaving a large gap of empty space between the node and the cursor. This problem did not exist in version 4.5.
